Flex

Split your rent payments in two! Flexible Rent uses your funds plus an unsecured line of credit to pay your full rent to your property on time. You pay back what you borrowed later in the month. This helps to build your payment history—an important part of your credit profile—by reporting your on-time rent payments.

Did you know that paying rent on time should contribute towards building good credit? We can help you improve your credit score with RentTrack! RentTrack reports your rent payments to the three major credit bureaus each month, helping improve your credit score and strengthen your credit history.

What amenities does Delamar offer?
Delamar features a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and landscaped courtyard with winding paths, all with no amenity fee. Reservable event spaces are also available through the resident portal.
Is Delamar pet-friendly?
Yes, Delamar welcomes cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Breed and weight restrictions apply, though they do not apply to emotional support or service animals.
What are the pet fees at Delamar?
A refundable $500 pet deposit per pet is required, plus $30 per month in pet rent per pet. The team can confirm any restrictions for your pet.
What parking options are available at Delamar?
Delamar offers open parking with a maximum of two vehicles per household. No assigned spaces are needed for standard parking.
Are utilities included in rent at Delamar?
No, residents cover gas, electric, water, trash, sewer, cable, and internet.
What does it cost to move in at Delamar?
The application fee is $100 per applicant. After approval, plan for a one-time non-refundable $300 administrative fee, any remaining security deposit, and prorated first month's rent.
What are the income and credit requirements to rent at Delamar?
Household income generally needs to be at least 2.7 times the monthly rent. Credit is evaluated using multiple factors, and conditional approval with an additional deposit may be possible. Guarantors who live in Florida and earn at least 5 times the rent are accepted.
What lease terms are available at Delamar?
Delamar offers 12-month lease terms. Tours are available in-person, self-guided, and live virtual.
